Raiders take rare 16-point lead — give some back
I was just getting ready with this post about how the Raiders took a 16-0 lead, which was their biggest lead since Oct. 22, 2006, and then the Browns go and run the kick back to make it 16-7.
Oh well. For the historical record: The Raiders led Arizona 22-6 in the fourth quarter last year until Neil Rackers kicked a field goal with 10:07 left to account for the 22-9 final. In all, they played 767 minutes 14 seconds between leads of 16 or more points. And when they got one, it lasted for 12 seconds.
Now LaMont Jordan … FUMBLES! Browns ball. And I think anyone who’s paying attention is thinking about last year’s 18-point lead on the Browns.
